This year we will have 2 demonstration kitchens running back to back all day with great chefs and cooks from across Hampshire promoting our amazing aray of local produce. Along side we will be having talks and chats with some of our local producers sharing their knowledge and passion with you.

        • Jenifer Laing from Cresson Creative, who is starring soon on 'Stepping Up to the Plate' on the BBC and has in the past been on Ready Steady Cook with Ainsley Harriet. Jennifer will also be attending the show selling her fantastic products www.cressoncreative.co.uk
        • Judith Long and Judy Smales. Judith and Judy have been friends for years and represent the food and farming sector in hampshire and The New Forest. They are involved in food production at home in the case of Judith where her "yard" resembles a small farm and Judy partners Mike in their business at Lyburn Farm.         • Kate Hughes from Cook Academy. She was finalist of Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the 2008 Winchester Business Excellence Awads and set up her cookery school in 2005 running workshops and classes after identifying the gap in the local market. www.cookacademy.co.uk Kate is running at theStep Up to the Plate food show a cook academy area for children.
