Live Cooking Demonstration Food Theatre

This year we will again have a LIVE Cooking Demonstration Food Theatre showcasing all the best local chefs and the establishments they work at. They will be demonstrating what they do best - making excellent food - look easy - using local ingredients where possible.

The full line up is yet to be confirmed but already we have a quality line up including:

          Jennifer Laing from Cresson Creative, who has featured on the BBC's 'Step up to the Plate' with Loyd Grossman and Anton Du Beke and Ready Steady Cook with Ainsley Harriet. Jennifer will also be attending the show selling her fantastic products www.cressoncreative.co.uk

          Kate Hughes is the founder and director of Cook Academy. She trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in London graduating with a Diploma and then went on to gain restaurant experience at various restaurants including Launceston Place in Kensington (head chef Rowley Leigh). Kate then returned to Leith's to become a senior tutor there. She stills works for Leith's occasionally, teaching in independent schools that are part of the Leith's Schools Franchise Scheme. www.cookacademy.co.uk
